U.S. pork industry data shows continued improvements

A new report from National Pork Board, published last week, proves once again that U.S. hog farmers are constantly improving practices and natural resource management year after year.
“As pig farmers, we are committed to producing safe food, protecting the environment and caring for our pigs,” said David Newman, president of the National Pork Board.
