Iowa language on beginning farmer loans and biofuels endorsed at national level.

Iowa Farm Bureau voting delegates successfully led the inclusion of policy language updating beginning farmer loan options and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) regulations at the American Farm Bureau policy session last week in San Antonio.

The federal policy recommendations were passed at the Iowa Farm Bureau Summer Policy Conference last September and are now included in the AFBF policy book after being adopted by just under 400 delegates from state Farm Bureaus across the country.
