U.S. beef cattle producers are likely to enjoy continued high market value for their livestock through 2025, according to the annual CattleFax Industry Outlook shared at the 2025 Cattle Industry Convention (CattleCon) in San Antonio last week.

“Continued improvements in quality and meeting consumer expectations with a safe, nutritious product and a consistently good eating experience have had tremendous impacts on moving the needle for this industry,” said Randy Blach, CattleFax CEO.
