Showcasing new equipment, products that promote efficiency, economical solutions.

From advanced precision spraying systems and an autonomous electric tractor to an electrostatic biological treatment, nitrogen fixation innovation and an automated cattle medicinal sprayer, the 2025 Iowa Ag Expo spotlighted technological advancements aimed at making Iowa’s farms more efficient and economical.

Thousands of visitors strolled through the Iowa Events Center last week, engaging with roughly 700 vendors showcasing their ag-related products.

Expo Director Tom Junge said the challenging farm economy did little to dampen the 

enthusiasm of Iowa farmers eager to see the latest advancements in agricultural machinery during the sold-out show. This year, much of the buzz focused not so much on new equipment but on attachments and retrofits designed to make existing machinery more efficient.

“With today’s economy being a little tighter, farmers are being a little more cautious,” Junge said. “They’re looking at (retrofits or add-ons) versus buying something brand new.
