Yes, it’s finally spring here in Iowa, and with the long winter over, it’s time to get serious about planting.
Our state’s farmers are gearing up to plant corn, soybeans and other crops. Gardeners all over the state are tilling up the well-rested soil and preparing to plant everything under the sun, including those new tomato and sweet corn varieties that looked so tempting in last winter’s seed catalog.
