Try these 3 easy steps for a healthier 2025

Many of us want to make a fresh start in 2025 and recommit to our health.

However, I don’t recommend cutting out foods — like carbs or sugar or whatever the trending food villian is — from your diet. 

Trust me, restricted diets are miserable.
