Project will help farmers plant cover crops on seed corn acres

The Iowa Seed Association, along with Agribusiness Association of Iowa, Farm Bureau and other groups, has launched a new project to encourage farmers to plant cover crops on acres that grow seed corn.
Working through seed companies in Iowa, the project, called the Iowa Seed Corn Cover Crop Initiative, will provide cost-share funding, as well as agronomic information, for farmers who plant cover crops on their harvested seed...
