Grey Porter of Mercer posted the top Iowa yield in this year’s National Corn Yield Contest, harvesting 321.9 bushels per acre in the Strip/Minimum/Mulch/Ridge-Till Non-Irrigated division.

Porter just missed placing in the top three nationally in his division by roughly two bushels per acre.
