Pork producers look abroad to increase demand

The National Pork Board (NPB) is doubling down on efforts to export U.S. pork to key markets by customizing its plans to make sure different countries and cultures get what they want from U.S. pork.
“Pork is the world’s top protein choice,” said Bill Luckey, a Nebraska pig farmer and member of the NPB. “There are places around the globe needing meat and protein, and our product is the safest.”
