Meetings on proposed oil pipeline set

The Texas-based company planning a new petroleum pipeline that would cross Iowa diagonally from northwest to southeast plans to hold public informational meetings for landowners and others in each affected county. The meetings will begin Dec. 1 and last through Dec. 16.
