One thing I’ve learned about Iowans over the years is that we always look out for each other when times are tough. That idea has been reinforced to me over and over this spring during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve visited with several Iowans who have donated pork to those in need, helped to feed hard working medical workers or employed their 3D printer skills to make components for much-needed personal protective equipment.
