Bill Northey, Larry Sailer and Sam Cogdill were recognized as Iowa Farm Bureau’s Distinguished Service to Agriculture (DSA) Award recipients last week at the organization’s annual meeting. 

The award recognizes leaders for a lifetime of dedication and positive impacts made in Iowa agriculture. 

Northey, recognized posthumously, was a larger-than-life leader who touched the lives of many farmers through his life of work and dedication to agriculture. His wife, Cindy, accepted the award on Northey’s behalf.
