The Iowa Farm Bureau Federation (IFBF) appreciates the Iowa Congressional delegation’s steadfast commitment to protecting biofuels and Iowa agriculture in Washington, D.C.  Despite political pressure to repeal critical biofuels protections, Representatives Randy Feenstra, Ashley Hinson, Zach Nunn and Mariannette Miller-Meeks stayed true to their constituents back home. 

As the nation’s leading producer of both ethanol and biodiesel, the biofuels industry in Iowa alone supports more than 48,000 jobs, and the industry accounts for over $6 billion of Iowa’s GDP.   IFBF is thankful for our delegation’s support of this essential Iowa industry and their commitment to protecting positive advancements in agriculture.
