Federal agencies ask states for input on revisions to improve the WOTUS rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Army Corps of the Engineers last week sent a letter to all state governments asking them for input on revisions for the Waters of the United States or WOTUS rule.
The move, the Trump administration’s latest step in making drastic changes in the Obama-era WOTUS rule, was cheered by the American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF) and other farm groups.
