Iowa saw a 0.8% increase in all agricultural land values from Sept. 1, 2022, to March 1, 2023, according to a survey conducted by the Iowa Chapter of the Realtors Land Institute. 

The report, released March 29, noted that year-over-year, Iowa’s ag land values were up 3.6%, but much of that growth occurred early in the survey period.
