Iowa Gov. Terry Branstad last week launched a new program that aims to expand the availability of higher ethanol blends and biodiesel at retail fuel outlets across the state.

The "Fueling Our Future" initiative will help gas retailers install more blender pumps containing E30 and biodiesel by redirecting $250,000 in federal anti-pollution grants to leverage state dollars in the existing renewable fuel infrastructure program.
