Chris Norton, the keynote speaker at the 2019 Iowa Farm Bureau Federation (IFBF) annual meeting next month, will offer an inspirational presentation on overcoming odds and helping others.

Norton suffered a spinal cord injury while playing football at Luther College in Decorah. Doctors gave him a very slim chance of moving anything below his neck again.
