LMIC forecast indicate a grind it out type of market. If exports have matured there may be some gradual transitions in the domestic dairy industry that has been built on rapid growth. It’s premature to indicate that structural change is where the domestic dairy industry is headed but it’s worth thinking about what that might look like amidst a world where growth opportunities are limited.
