Question from the webinar with an answer from the speaker:
Q. Can a semi move an implement?
A. Yes. As long as they stay in the State of Iowa they are ok and get all the exceptions that are offered to implements. If they go across state lines then they lose all exceptions and the implement is no different than any other trailer. If they pull it on the interstate then they would need to obtain an oversize permit for that trip. The person pulling the implement would also need to check the tires on the implement to make sure they are rated for highway speeds.
