The popular "What hap­­pens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" slogan could have been applied to farming at one time, according to Jayson Lusk, regents professor and Willard Sparks Endowed Chair in the Department of Agricultural Economics at Oklahoma State University.

It wasn’t long ago when "What happens on the farm, stays on the farm" could have been a slogan, Lusk said at an American Farm Bureau meeting in Kansas City recently. He was also in Iowa recently speaking to a group in Ames.
