USDA delays effective date of its GIPSA rule

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) last week announced it is delaying the effective date of an interim final rule regarding the scope of its "Farmer Fair Practice" rules until Oct. 19.
