An article in The Hill describes how “five of the nation’s most powerful business groups” are rallying together as the U.S. Coalition for TPP in a quest to drum up support for the Trans-Pacific Partnership. AFBF is one of the groups. The Emergency Committee for American Trade, the Business Roundtable, the National Association of Manufacturers and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce are the others.
 
The article references AFBF’s just-released analysis showing that TPP would provide a $4.4 billion boost to the nation’s farm community.
