Sukup Manufacturing Co. has announced that Tom Mangan, the Iowa-based company’s current chief financial officer, will succeed Steve Sukup as president and CEO later this year. Steve Sukup, who has served as president and CEO for five years, will transition to the role of co-chairman of the board alongside Charles Sukup in late October until taking full chairman duties in 2026. Mangan, an Iowa native, joined Sukup Manufacturing in April 2020 as the first non-family executive in company history. Hank Norem will succeed Mangan as CFO. With headquarters in Sheffield, Sukup Manufacturing is the world’s largest family-owned and operated manufacturer of grain storage, drying and handling equipment. The company was founded in 1963 by Eugene and Mary Sukup.
