On February 17, 2023, the Iowa Utilities Board, in a 2-1 vote, set the hearing date and other deadlines leading to their consideration of the Summit pipeline permit application. The IUB will hear testimony and evidence in the contested case starting in October 2023. The Board is expecting the hearing to take approximately 52 days and go through January 2024, if necessary, to hear all of the evidence.
