Ruling opens door to Argentine biodiesel imports

Biodiesel from Argentina can now qualify toward meeting the U.S. Renewable Fuels Standard (RFS) if it is certified to come from feedstock meeting the definition of renewable biomass under the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced last week.
