The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) likely will not issue final 2014 Renewable Fuels Standard (RFS) volume requirements until later this year, a National Biodiesel Board (NBB) spokesman said last week.

The EPA, the administrator of the RFS, had previously announced the 2014 Renewable Volume Obligation (RVO) rule for refiners, blenders and importers would be finalized by June 20.
