In a food culture that embraces a new international cuisine almost daily, and that is driven by those under 40 years old, the National Pork Board (NPB) is making a simple request of American eaters: “Taste what pork can do.”
The NPB — which manages funds generated by the Pork Checkoff — announced its new branding and marketing initiative, along with the slogan “Taste what pork can do,” during the annual Pork Industry Forum last week in Orlando.
