This is an exciting time for rural Iowa, and not just because it’s finally starting to warm up after a very chilly winter or because the Cyclone basketball team played lights out in the recent Big 12 tournament. It’s exciting because,  all over the state, signals of progress in the state’s long-term water quality initiative are emerging.
