USDA ups 2023 corn and soybean production
Annual crop report shows U.S. corn production at 15.3 billion bushels.

Both corn and soybean production for 2023 came in above analyst expectations last week, when the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) released its annual crop production report.

U.S. farmers produced a little more than 15.3 billion bushels of corn, up from the USDA’s November estimate of 15.2 billion. Likewise, farmers harvested almost 4.2 billion bushels of beans, up from November's estimate of 4.1 billion bushels.
