Mississippi River levels rebound 
Shipping capacity rises following several inches of rain across the Midwest in recent weeks.

Water levels on the Mississippi River have re­­bounded considerably thanks to the rainfall received throughout the Upper Midwest in late October, Mike Steenhoek of the Soy Transportation Coalition said last week.
