Corn supply lowered in October WASDE
USDA says 2024 soybean yields will slip, while corn yields and use increase slightly.
October’s World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates (WASDE) projected 2024-25 U.S. corn harvest and use will result in smaller supplies, larger exports and reduced ending stocks.
Projected beginning corn stocks for 2024-25, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) report, were 52 million bushels lower based on the USDA's grain stocks report.
