Between getting started on this year's harvest and continued low corn and soybean prices, farmers have plenty to keep them up at night right now.

David Brown, a licensed marital and family therapist with Iowa State University Extension and Outreach, shared advice on managing stress and staying healthy when times are busy or hard last week during an Iowa Farm Bureau-hosted webinar called "Successful Self-Care in a Challenging Ag Economy."
