Liquid CO2 pipeline across Iowa proposed

The Iowa Utilities Board (IUB) and Navigator CO2 Ventures will hold a series of informational meetings in Iowa to discuss a proposed pipeline to move liquified carbon dioxide from biofuel plants and other sources to storage areas in south central Illinois.
The meetings begin Nov. 29 and will continue into January. Landowners along the corridor in the counties where the first meetings are scheduled will begin receiving notices in the mail this week.
