The attorneys general of Iowa and Nebraska are stepping up pressure on the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to issue long overdue approval of year-round E15. 

Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird and Nebraska Attorney General Mike Hilgers last week filed a lawsuit against the EPA for failing to fulfill a request by Midwest governors to allow the sale of year-round E15 gasoline in their states.
