Iowa farmland values jumped another 14.1% higher in the past six months, according to a survey released last week by the Realtors Land Institute Iowa Chapter.

Coupled with an 18.8% in­crease the prior six months, the past year has seen a whopping 32.9% average increase in farmland value statewide with projections of a continued bullish market in years to come.
