“A lot of guys are finishing anhydrous, and there’s some dry fertilizer going on,” Hoffman said April 15. “As soon as it warms up, I think everything is ready to go.” He had about 1 inch of rain the previous week and said ground has been working good this spring. Hoffman raises corn, soybeans, cattle and hogs with his dad and other family members.
