The Iowa Farm Bureau applauded Iowa’s congressional delegation for its steadfast support of biofuels last week during negotiations on the U.S. House debt limit bill. 

Early versions of the bill would have repealed several renewable energy tax credits, but Iowa’s four U.S. House members and other Midwest lawmakers worked to secure several vital amendments to protect biofuels in the final version.
