Iowa farmland values stable

Farmland values remained firm during the past six months despite pressures from the COVID-19 pandemic and extreme weather events, the Iowa Realtors Land Institute (RLI) survey showed last week.
Statewide land values were unchanged from March, although there were slight variations among the state’s nine crop reporting districts, said survey co-chairman Matt Vegter with Hertz Farm Management.
