Farmland values remained firm during the past six months despite pressures from the COVID-19 pandemic and ex­treme weather events, the Iowa Realtors Land Institute (RLI) sur­­vey showed last week.

Statewide land values were unchanged from March, although there were slight variations among the state’s nine crop reporting districts, said survey co-chairman Matt Vegter with Hertz Farm Management.
