Iowa farmland values rise

Farmland prices in Iowa and other Midwest states rose sharply in the fourth quarter of 2020 and were higher for the entire year for the first time since 2013, according to a survey of ag bankers.
The quarterly survey showed Iowa farmland prices rose 6% in the fourth quarter of 2020 and were up 5% for the entire year.
