IFBF to hold informational meetings on farm bill programs

The Iowa Farm Bureau Federation (IFBF) will hold a series of 32 farm bill informational meetings throughout Iowa beginning in mid-December to provide information and insight to help farmers, landowners and others navigate the complex and binding options in the new government farm programs.
The series of meetings will begin Dec. 15 and will last until Feb. 3, 2015. The meetings are open to the public, and there is no cost to attend; however, attendees are encouraged to pre-register. Locations and times for the meetings are listed on page 2 and may also be found at www.iowafarmbureau.com.
