The American Soybean Association (ASA) expressed serious concerns last week after the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) imposed additional restrictions on a new registration for glufosinate-P herbicide initially announced Oct. 18.
The glufosinate-P registration marks the first new herbicide registration utilizing EPA’s herbicide strategy framework aimed at reducing exposure to listed endangered species and critical habitat.
