DuPont merger advances, Monsanto holding out

The merger of agribusiness giants Dow and DuPont took a major step forward last week, while Monsanto’s future remains uncertain after it rejected an estimated $65 billion bid from Bayer.
DuPont and the Dow Chemical Company announced that stockholders of both companies voted to approve all proposals necessary to complete their proposed "merger of equals."
