Farm Bureau county voting delegates last week adopted policies seeking improved rural connectivity and enhanced incentives for recruiting food animal veterinarians at the 2019 Iowa Farm Bureau Summer Policy Conference in West Des Moines.

They also adopted and re­­newed resolutions on a range of other issues during the annual policy-setting conference, which brings together delegates from each of the 100 county Farm Bureaus across the state to discuss policy recommendations on state and national issues that surfaced during the year.
