From innovator and farmer to entrepreneur and go-getter, Ryan Gibbs of Worthington is making strides with his family farm and agriculture businesses. 

Just like his drone lifts off to apply fertilizers and cover crops, his agricultural practices have flourished over the years in the form of Gibbsfield Farms, as well as the recent addition of Gibbsfield Ag LLC. 

“Over the last two years, everything has just exploded for me. I’ve been so busy, and it’s picking up almost daily,” said Gibbs, a Delaware County Farm Bureau member who farms with his wife, Kristy, and their newborn son, Kendrick.
