Cold temperatures with equal chances of precipitation are forecast for Iowa the rest of January, according to the latest climatological outlook from the National Weather Service Climate Prediction Center.
Iowa’s State Climatologist Justin Glisan says the forecast calls for elevated chances of colder conditions through the end of the month with equal chances for above/below/near average precipitation.
