National Farmer's Day celebrates the individuals who sustain our world. Agriculture forms the core of our nation. As seasons change and advancements unfold, we continue to owe a debt of gratitude to those who care for the land, providing for us today and for generations to come. Oct. 12 is National Farmer’s Day, a special occasion for the Howard County Farm Bureau to extend our thanks. We appreciate the early mornings, the late nights, and the hard work that goes into producing food, fuel, and fiber.
