Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients: 

3 tbsp. unsalted butter

3 tbsp. flour

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. dry mustard

1 c. milk

1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

1-1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained

4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

16 oz. sour cream

32 oz. frozen tater tots

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the flour, and whisk for about 1 minute. Add salt, mustard and milk; whisk until smooth. Add in the cheese, and whisk until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl, and stir in remaining ingredients, except tots. Spread mixture into prepared pan, and top with tater tots. Bake for 45-50 minutes until bubbly. Enjoy!

Birthday Club Chicken Casserole

Ingredients: 

2 c. uncooked long grain rice

1 can cream of celery soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 c. water

1 c. chicken broth

Raw chicken pieces (6-8 chicken breasts)

1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine all ingredients, except the chicken and dry onion soup mix. Spoon rice mixture into a greased 9x13 inch cake pan. Lay chicken pieces on top of the rice mixture, and sprinkle the dry onion soup mix on top of the chicken and rice. Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 1-1/2 hours. 

Zesty Italian Crescent Casserole

Ingredients: 

1 lb. ground beef

1 tsp. minced onion

1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix

8 oz. tomato sauce

1-1/2 c. mozzarella

1/2 c. sour cream

8 oz. can crescent rolls

1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

2 tsp. melted butter

Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Stir in sauce mix and tomato sauce; heat until hot and bubbly. Combine cheese and sour cream. Pour hot meat mix into 8x8 baking dish. Spoon cheese mix over meat. Separate dough into 2 rectangles. Place over cheese until top is covered. Combine Parmesan and butter; crumble over dough. Bake for 18-25 minutes.
