Agreement at West Coast ports a relief for agriculture

After costing billions of dollars’ worth of spoiled and redirected products, workers at the West Coast ports are back to work. Representatives of the Pacific Maritime Association and the International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU) reached a tentative contract agreement, and workers at the 29 ports on the West Coast are back to work.
