ASF discovered in Dominican Republic

The U.S. already prohibits imports of pork from the Dominican Republic as a result of an earlier outbreak of classical swine fever (CSF), according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). The United States and Mexico are also increasing airport inspections to stop travelers from bringing in Dominican pork products that could carry the virus.
