According to the October 31st USDA Crop Progress report, 71% of Iowa’s corn crop was harvested, which is slightly behind the 5-yr average of 76% complete. Last year at this time, 82% of the Iowa corn crop was harvested. The soybean harvest in Iowa is 89% complete. This progress is also behind the 5-yr average of 94%.
